No worries, right now there is nothing 'normal' from IRCC. Everything is chaotic. I submitted my ADR on Jan 6 and haven't heard any thing yet, no MEP no nothing.

In my case, they respond to my Jan 6 request on Feb 13. They are very slow recently.

I also received Schedule A form as well as a letter to explain my past and future employment in Canada. I never heard anyone else receive this employment letter request

yes I just got it last week too. It seems to be a sign that they are finalizing your application. I've saw cases here that a remed is coming very soon after that and then PPR. Also, do they also ask you about the past and future jobs in canada? I got that request too.
