My ceremony was last Tuesday and I’m still waiting on the e certificate. It keeps saying it’s not available to download yet. Is this normal?

I asked in the pre registration step whether it was possible and she changed it to e cert for me

yep, sent passport scans February 15 and no progress since then. Not sure what is taking so long, I have only been in and out of UK and US since my PR was issued. I think mine was because I got a new passport between pr and citizenship. It’s super frustrating to be stuck like this and see people...

I have requested gcms notes and sent Vancouver office another email. Getting very frustrated and keep seeing people getting rescheduled ceremony denied. Makes me nervous about my October vacation which I planned in advance with no worries of getting ceremony done in time.
