Ray of Hope - 168th Draw - All Program

I'm the only one disheartened to see this draw... We waited at 468(combined CRS of me +wife) for entire year since Nov 2019.. hoping it will come down!! all attempts to answer IELTS again and score a little more were wiped out by Covid19.. Celebrated by 30th birthday on 24th Nov and now seeing...

Ray of Hope - 162nd Draw - All Programs

the most important thing to see from today's draw that it was "ALL PROGRAMS DRAW".. which means, that the program specific draws are gone!!! from here onwards, We will have all programs draw every alternate week... so, even though the cutoff remained very high... things look hopeful for FSW...

Ray of Hope - 141st Draw

good observation... the thing is there are almost 10k people in 10 points n almost 9.5k in subsequent 10 points gap.. so the growth rate in this region is flat n = 1.01.. in simplest form, you can divide 1st number by 1.01 and get the next one.. candidates at n = candidates at (n-1)/1.01...

Ray of Hope - 141st Draw

I didn't get it from a specific source.... its a statistical estimate derived using the curve fitting approach. nope.. these stats are derived from 13th March 2020 (so, before the draw) which was published by CIC in the last draw on 23rd March 2020. refer this.

Ray of Hope - 141st Draw

the thing is not all candidates above 467 received ITA in last two draws. only candidates with specific cadre (FST n CEC) were invited. what it also means is there are still many candidates left in the pool above 467 belonging to FSW. (like me stuck at 468) so if you see the table, there are...

Ray of Hope - 141st Draw

as CIC has published number of candidates between 450-500 in a class of 10 points , I tried to fit in a new curve through these points andtried to extrapolate the number of candidates having given CRS scored. conditions: these are expected numbers derived from best fitting curve from past data...

Ray of Hope - 139th Draw

It is an estimate... Not true number... I have tracked down the CRS scored and number of candidates for past 15 draws and found The number of candidates follow two parameter exponential distribution .. with lambda aloways varying between 0.077- 0.083 ≈0.08 ... Using which i extrapolated these...

Guys, my individual CRS is 472 (29yr old, masters with 3yrs experience, IELTS, 8877(RLWS). However I'm married. My wife has diploma n degree(two or more degrees).. so, after a lot of persuasion answered IELTS and scored 6.5, 7.5, 7, 6. (RLWS). now our combined score comes to 468 which I...
