There is a new update on cic web page saying that you can take the citizenship test even if you are outside Canada

Hello I got some information saying that now it is allowed to make the citizenship test while outside Canada.. is it true?

They said that they gonna send the invitations for the people who already their tests were canceled AND for the people on the WAITING LIST

I guess it depends on the date when they have started processing the files
