Yes - it wasnt there when I uploaded photo on 5th Jan. On 19th Jan a new checkbox was present which required me to tick it to confirm that I am in Canada. Try using different browsers and inCognito mode if that helps. Otherwise may be just wait for further updates or may even be skipped in your...

Has anyone been able to contact IRCC through phone recently? I have tried calling 888-242-2100 a multiple times - but after a ten minute IVR the call disconnects. I have sent a web query, havent got response to that for a long time either.

Given that biometric services at ServiceCanada are suspended, is there anyone who got their PR approved after Mar 2020 or were able to provide biometrics after Mar 2020 while being within Canada?

Hi In Jan I had applied for my parents visitor Visa I am on work permit The application was rejected in March as I had selected Superparent visa. I think that’s the only problem. Given the current pandemic is now a good time to reapply Or should I wait?

Hello, I have a closed work permit which ends in August 2020. I am inviting my parents - they are applying for Visitor Visa. Would they be provided a VISA only till August 2020? Should I mention in the documents that I would be applying for an extension of my work permit?
