Hi, I got my PPR on Oct 27th and my passport back on Nov 12th

hello, I got my GCMS notes recently. It says my application is approved and my secondary office is updated to Buffalo from CIO. btw, I am an US applicant.

even my application says the same, "Application appears RFV" and also I recently got a GU. When I opened my account, I found my meds passed date updated to Sep-30. Does that mean my PPR is on my way?
