I understand it very well, but why they haven't send me a rejection letter or haven't updated "Final Decision" section even after 1 month?

No. I just was refused in 2016. That was a normal refusal and I worked really hard on GCMS notes by a professional agent, also, my situation has changed. That time I was in Malaysia, now I am in Germany with a good job, bank account etc. By the way, there isn't still any final decision! And...

In Application Status it is still " We are processing your application..." by the way I have to say that I was rejected in 2016 as well.

The final email received is "Correspondence letter" and in Application Status I see " In process". No idea why it says like this?

But I haven't received any final decision! And Application Status says " Your application is in process"

I received this message in my CIC: We regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements. What does it mean?

Does this letter has a date? Has it released recently and did your lawyer receive it long ago and didn't inform you?

Sorry to hear that! When did you get refusal? What was the reason? From where did you apply?

Mine is 75 days and still no final result.
