From which country are you applying? From what I saw in the forum when they request the medical exams and you pass the medicam exams, then is just 1 or 2 weeks so you can get your letter of introduction, good luck!

I think that message is because you selected that you want monthly updates of your application, login into your account and then at the top you have an option "Account profile " , if you select that button you will see that you have an option to get monthly updates of your application

yes I got the letter of acceptance, I applied on 25th October 2019 and I received my LOA on 19th November 2019 I applied from Latin America

You need to wait. I applied with upfront medical exam and I have no updates for medical exams so far. They will send a message when they finish to check the medical exams.
