They said this to me in May 2020. After I sent them an e-mail asking where my husbands file is currently.... it had been a little over a year.... I think they are sending this e-mail to whoever is asking them about the process of their file.... by the way after I got this e- mail in May...

They started processing my husbands application February 27th, 2020 but nothing after that was updated..... so its taking quite some time... its so hard to be patient at this point.

I think you can upload it in the enquiry page. Thats what I did for all the documents they asked for.
