Try calling a VO, literally any of them would be able to pull up your info and tell you what stage you are. They were done with eligibility and bg check for me back in November but cgkey didn’t say so until like a couple days ago when I received PPR.

They did not request any supporting documents nor did they request an interview. Our application was in Mississauga for a hot minute before they sent it over to Singapore. No idea why there was a month gap between pre arrival and decision made but I'm just glad it's coming to an end.
