    VAC New york post-PPR submission question

    Did you just email the NY visa office to get the shipping labels? I'm a bit confused with the process and how to pay the fees. I emailed them yesterday, but their response time can be up to 72 hours according to their automatic email reply.

    Saw another update this morning saying that the medical exam had been approved as of today, without having to do a re-medical. This is the second update within the last 10 days. Hope PPR is next!

    From what I read online it appears that this is the step before they request new medical exams. I was hoping that would not be the case as in my area (Western US) there is only one certified doctor for several states and he is generally very busy. This whole process has been so frustrating.

    October 2019 AOR here. I saw an update on my application this morning. The medical exam that had previously been extended in November 2020 has changed to "You do not need a medical exam". I am happy to see that they are working on the application. Hopefully PPR is next. Looks like the Ottawa...
