That is normal. Even mine shows the same. I do have case who face such things and yesterday she got stamped passport. No need to worry about. I will receive my passport back mostly in next 2-3 days. Be positive as there is nothing wrong with it.

Update Today my portal got updated again Eligibility completed 22/4/24 Background completed 27/8/23 Final decision:- 16/4/24 Approved Apart from final decision all those dates visible today itself till now only processing. Tracker still shows Eligibility not started, nor document number...

Even I do have passport request but it's been 4 days tracker not updated, no docs number, no eligibility started/completed. Strange one tho. Passport already submitted upon passport request.

Passport submission 18/04/24 Received by embassy 19/04/24 Let see how many days it will take for stamping.
