Hi, AOR means Acknowledgement of Receipt, that is the day you upload your application online you receive a receipt for the same. The 6 months wait period is calculated from this day. MEP is Medical Examination Passed... once your application is reviewed IRCC needs to pass your medical.. Not sure...
