    Do I add new degree at this point? PR application is awaiting final decision

    If it’s by spousal sponsorship I wouldn’t think the degree of the immigrant matters all that much. (Matters more if it’s the sponsoring spouse and said spouse now makes more money.) But I’m no expert so I strongly encourage others to chime in, I could very well be wrong.

    I would give them a call, honestly. Talk to a real human in real time. That’s what I did when my PR card took forever, and they got it sorted.

For the PR Card, I’m wondering if I should renew my Passport first and then send in a notarized copy of my new passport after I get it, OR just get a copy of my old one notarized and send that in right away.
