Hi Vinay I was in the same boat. My application was also approved and waiting for PPR. In terms of escalation, I called IRCC on customer care number and reported that it's more than 6 months now, please escalate this issue and then they sent a reminder to the Vancouver visa office.

Anyone here Adding spouse after AOR? Will this inpact CRS as well as in regular application with wife as secondary applicant points get reduce by 30 minimum. Is their criteria to make sure crs is above ITA cut off after adding spouse after AOR ?

Also order GCMS notes. It will clarify whether application is approved or additional documents are required. You can still raise webform even if you are FSW

Yes this seems correct. My application got approved on 3rd January and haven't received PPR or landing interview email.
