    In my place, Students who intend to study in Canada can do the Medical Examination before requested and then submit it in their application in order to reduce the processing time. You can ask some IRCC authorized clinics in your country.

    Maybe the system was congested. That some time happen. As long as you keep the original Biometric Request letter which has sealed after your parents gave their biometric. It will be fine.

    The Bank Statement is used to explain your income or originality of your funds. For that reason, the last page of your bank statement is no use. For the funds, I think you should ask the bank issued a BANK BALANCE CONFIRMATION to show the amount of money available and/or saving on your account...

    Try with 2 or 3 months' bank statements submit on the application and the other 3 months by mail.
