I read this article just now, and there has to be more to this story? i brought my wife to Canada on January 13th from Colombia. Hey folks, November 2019 applicant...we got PPR a few weeks back, and after having to resubmit passport photos we just got the awaited email today that our application is complete, and to pick up the passport Wednesday! This is Bogota VO in Colombia!
