    hi my file also moved from ottawa to sydney Aug1st AOR CEC Family of 2, just want to know if this is normal? Medicals passed Eligibiltiy - Met criminality - passed security - not started Last call to cic was on DEC 23rd and got same reply. any one in same situation?
