Yes, she has Bachelor's degree and got the max IELTS Score she could have possibly got, so giving that again is not an option, because even if she scores the max, the score would increase to only 469.

Dear All, I have a CRS of 462 points, whereas the latest draw was at 470 which dropped by 3-4 points. Do you think that it will drop to 462? Also ,what provinces offer PNP and do they pick you from the EE pool or should we apply for PNP Separately ?
