Hi, my COPR has expired on april 4th. I am in US and i am not planning to travel to canada as of now. Will softlanding be allowed in any near future or only we need to be moving permanently?? Also if I don’t travel this year at all to canada, will it still be fine?

I am in the same boat like you all. My COPR is ending on april 4th and have also planned my h1b stamping. As of now they cancelled all h1b appointments too. I submitted web form and i am waiting on response. I just planned for softlanding and didn’t quit my job or anything. This is a tough time...

My h1 is approved For the first time(F1 to h1) and I have I-129 and I-797 but i have not done the stamping yet. Can i still take advantage of AVR process.
