That's totally on their mood as I have put all my documents correctly but still get refusal. I got refusal last year and I worked on the reason of that and applied again this year but still they refused my application.

What it means? Means eligibility review means? How u can see when they started it and how much time after that ??

I have applied for my visitor visa on 12th of December and on 13th of December I got update that my application has submitted. I have applied from New Zealand. Since then I have not get any updates regarding my application. So general process time shows is 15 days but next week is Christmas week...
