    Nopes...AOR 2 would be when it changes back to in process and line 2 gets added in ecas ...ours shows app received since 28 jan... and still remains like that so its going to be a long wait...sadly

    Correct but my question if the sponsor and PA both have had refusal then in this form where PA is filling the background information will the PA mention about both the refusals or only for the PA

    So if its a PR application and the primary applicant is filling this form then do they have to mention this for the primary applicant as well as the spouse if both of them have visitor visa refusals in the past ? Should the information of refusal of both husband and wife go in the same form ?

    Well it could move within upto 4 working days after medicals are requested... if you have kids and if file is targetted to reach local VO then mostly that happens only after you have medical passed.

    No... sometimes some did said getting a line getting added in the ECAS saying we sent you a confirmation on your eligibility (something on these lines) but for many SPonsor side just remains DM with the last line saying we started processing your application...

    I dont think so ... its AOR2 only when the line 2 in ECAS gets added or also i read in other forums that AOR2 is a formal acknowledgement sent to PA similar to how AOR1 is sent to sponsor’s mailbox.... but i would leave for other seasoned experts in the group to confirm

    Well I could understand about the long processing had it been standard for all applicants from India but the fact that files are transferred at whims and fancies is definitely demovativating.
