    When I got mine I had to mail the passport to the VAC in Santo Domingo along with some other documents they requested. I personally used DHL to mail it to Santo Domingo and they are using UPS to send it back,

    I also sent it with VFS global. It got to Mexico really quick, I think ours will be sent back at the same time since we have the same timeline. Both our applications are from April 2019
