same happened to me 2 days back, I completed the application but couldn't complete payment due to pop-up blocker and then the limit was reached. They can have a limit for number of application but not on ppl who are only making a payment after completing the application already!! Hope you are...

I was able to apply today exactly at 8:15 AM Alberta time and complete my application, however, for my spouse I couldn't complete the payment as they reached the limit for the day :( need to complete it tomorrow at 8:15 AM :|

I'm in the same boat buddy :| i'm planning to login and apply exactly at 8:15 AM Alberta time tomorrow to see if I am able to apply, fingers crossed :)

I'm trying since yesterday and getting the same error. It would be great if someone who applied earlier can throw some light on this. Not sure if this is a new restriction implemented recently as I never saw anyone mention about this in this forum! fingers crossed
