You need to update your EE profile and write a mail to SINP (attach marriage certificate) and inform them about your marital status. They will update your SINP profile.

Hi As you have got very limited time to submit your documents hence, I would suggest you to write a mail directly to SINP - immigration@gov.sk.ca and ask them the period they require the documents. Don't waste your time.......
