Hi Everyone! Can someone fill me in as to when OINP searches the EE pool and sends ITAs Is it very frequently or does it coincide with when the OINP is open? I'm a little confused on this.

This frustrated me so much. The whole designation means absolutely nothing in terms of points.

Did you got through EE or get any kind of PNP ITA?

I'm in the NOC 1113 club. Looking through the previous PNPs in thought it was a doomed NOC but there seems to be some success
