Hello Wendy, I am on the same boat. Application was approved and the webform reply I got was that a physical letter was sent to me. I haven’t received that letter nor any emails or messages or ppr. Did you end up receiving that letter?

hello, My situation is the same as yours. Apparently after my Pr was approved, they sent me a physical letter. I didn’t receive the letter till date and I haven’t received my ppr email as well. What happened in your case? Thank you!
