dear i am facing the same situation. decision is made without in process date. i accepted refusal mentally. i think, in first review, immigration officer did not satisfied. will they return our fees because they did not start actual verifications.

my case change into "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision". there is no date mention when they started processing before it was in process without date mentioned

they made immigration process a business. they are collecting money to run there embassies expenses. they can make any reason to reject. e.g. they gave 4700 visas for Pakistan. still they are pending more than 40000 applications. what will they do. after all they have to reduce backlog.
