I linked the OWP application with my account. I submitted the OWP in paper with my sponsorship application. However, it shows as "online application" under application type and the date received the information is incorrect. Anyone is having the same concern?

Hi, I submitted the inland application in mid Oct and received the AOR on 4 Dec. I arrived Canada on 3 Aug 2019 so I am supposed to leave on 2 Feb 2020. Should I extend my stay as visitor now while waiting for the OWP? Thank you!
