No AOR by mail or email. Got my file number thru CAIPS. I received a call from the VO this afternoon. She told me to submit lacked requirements. She will be sending me a mail in 2 weeks.

In my experience I have ordered Caips within 4 months and basically there is nothing in there except I knew that my medical have been received and in process. I would advise to order Caips in 6 months time. Just my 10cents.

Congrats Doris. You can tell your husband to call the Automated Call Center with your file number. If they said it is transferred to Manila then the Sponsorship is approved. Well, high probability, it is!

ECAS Update We received XXX's application for permanent residence on March 17, 2011. 8)

Congrats Bankokcanuk. You'll probably received the letter soon. We have the same timeframe and VO. My wife in CA received the confirmation letter last March 11 saying that the sponsorship was approved and that they forwarded the application to CIC SG. ;D

CIC-Mississauga Call Center says "... your application has been forwarded to the nearest immigration office in your relative's home country."

I'm still waiting for the hard copy of the decision. It comes to our mind to call the call center. The automated message told my wife that the application was forwarded to CIC Singapore last March 8. I guess there's no need to wait for the snail mail. Clear and undertood.. ;D
