Hi everyone, I have a query if anyone can help! Me and my wife have got our PR and the my wife is the primary applicant. My question here is do the proof of funds have to be in her name or in her account (Indian Bank account) or funds in my account can also be shown as proof of funds?

That is right.... I believe the airlines should have clear instructions on this....it really is very confusing and frustrating too!!

Air India seem to have no idea about my situation and straight away asked to check traveling guidelines on their website. Everything seems okay except - one must ensure the visa is valid for 1 year from the date of travel. Which cannot be true in our case (copr holder first time lander).....

I submitted my passport thru my agent to Chandigarh VFS. There is a VAC in Chandigarh too, shouldn't it go there?

I sent it on 30/12/2019 thru my agent to VFS Chandigarh.

Can anyone help me to know where exactly the visa gets stamped on the passport Chandigarh or New Delhi? I have submitted my passport to Chandigarh VFS).
