Business deal or an employment should not matter. Why bring in the distinction when a business owner is also an employee? Let anyone phrase whatever they want, setting up a business or finding an employment should be set in motion based on a need, not trend.

I think you failed to realize what's going on here. I have already stated, I run a business in India. If you are a business owner in my position you would be curious to know why I am trying to get a job in the first place. I appreciate your response. But you could have stopped at "Keep trying" :-)
