Hi @Hopeforthebest85 - I think you should raise a webform to check status. I had raised it 3 days after they received our passports :) In reply they mentioned that they received required documentation and they are processing it. IMO , staying long without passport is risky.

My return tracker got activated on 19th May. I received passports on Thursday 20-May. I used UPS. Thank you !

My application also got updated. It shows approved now with counterfoil details. Awaiting UPS tracker to be activated.
