My husband had 3 options india,Pakistan and dubai contact ur visa office.new delhi is taking lot of time my husband submitted his passport more than 3 weeks ago he is still waiting.new delhi is busy may be thats why they give u only pak as an option.

Where is ur file transferred? Did u or ur wife contacted VO inshallah u will get ur visa soon.
