    I entered the pool June 2019 with NOC 2173 and CRS score 450. I have a sibling in Alberta and for some reason I do not know why I have not gotten an NOI yet. Can someone help me out here???

    hello, I have a CRS score of 450 and my NOC 2173(Software engineer), got into the pool August and I have been hoping for Alberta to send me an NOI considering I have a sibling there. Is there something I'm doing wrong ??
