Hi guys and @legalfalcon this is for a friend. She is separated and has guardianship of her child. Her husbad has signed form 5604 for allowing the child to move abroad. Does she need a notarised consent or anything else to board or travel in future with her child?

1) She is Indian 2) and yes she has the papers and file number but still hearing and final decree is pending. They have mutually settled for a divorce and she has given visiting rights but guardianship will given to her as mutual concent.
