Hey nothing to worry. It's just that vfs people have bad English. This email means your passport reached vfs delhi, they checked it and will soon send it to Delhi embassy for stamping. The AWB number is for return courier. You can track the other I'd in vfs website as well. It's all good, relax...

Not sure if there is drop of option in Bangalore. I opted for 2 way courier from Bangalore. Gave an address in Bangalore for pickup and it was picked up, passport will return to the same address.

No. That is not possible. 2 way courier is the only option. Otherwise you have to drop passport in a particular bluedart office.
