Umm. I dint get what backogs meant. But if it stands for any incomplete degree or something then everything is completed in my case. I graduated in 2016 with cgpa 2.26 and if u convert that in percentage then i guess it is around 56 to 58 . I dont know the exact fig here. My ielts score is 6.5...
