I have submitted on 10-Sep-19. Incomplete application notification on - 17-Oct Submitted the requested details on - 18-Oct After that no update. Still the application in submitted status. Send email to them - Got a standard response that the processing time mentioned in the website is average time.

Is there any contact number that we can check with them directly.

They replied in the next day itself.

Got a response from OINP and as per them the timelines mentioned in the website are average processing times and they will contact if any additional details are required.

The agency says that they sent an email to OINP to get the update. Agency shared the snapshot of the application. In that it is mentioned like if OINP is waiting for some additional details, there should be a red icon beside the file number. But I do not see any such icon there.

I am processing the application through an agency. Not sure whether they sent a reply to the mail. Is that required.? But as per the WES details, they have sent the report on the next day itself.

In the application page, I couldn't see any other details requested by them. On Oct 17th, they requested for the WES report to be send from WES directly and it is done in the next day itself.

Hello All, I submitted the application on Sep-9. But it is still in submitted status. Anyone submitted around this date is in the same status ? I am not sure why it is not yet moved to assessment.
