I am also a Feb 2020 applicant. Havnt received a remedical yet. Don’t know who to reach out to. The call centre also doesn’t answer anything about the status. I don’t know what to do, can anyone help me on this? Are there any applicants from Feb 2020 or earlier still awaiting re medicals?

I tried calling them multiple times last week, but I wasn’t able to connect to any of their agents as it said they were all busy and asked me to try again later. I haven’t received any mail yet, hopefully I get some positive update this week.
