DM date for PR: Nov 17th, 2019 PPR: Jan 23, 2020

Got PPR last week from CPC-Mississauga, but have to submit passports to China visa office for PR visa and CoPR. Sent email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca for instructions, but no auto-reply or reply received so far. Will CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca auto-reply? How many days will they reply our email?

No my PPR email just request me to send email to Ottawa for submitting passports to oversea offices if needed. No specific instructions given in the email.

Finally got PPR email yesterday. Need to send email to CPP Ottawa office to get instructions of submitting passports to VFS outside Canada. So far no reply from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. Will I get automatic acknowledgement email ? How many days will Ottawa reply me?

My PA DM on Nov 17th and my app received by CIC on May 2nd. Still waiting for PPR as well.

How did you update this to CIC? Any response from them?

Thanks. I did let CIC know this change via webform. However the agent needed me to submit everything again and wanted to add my newborn baby to the application.. So I was sure that agent misunderstood. I sent an email without attaching birth certificate to Mississauga office but no response. My...

@zeiesfirdaus I am still waiting for PPR... Does anyone know what we should provide for newborn baby for sponsor? I informed Mississauga in Dec by email but no supporting document requested from them since then.
