The clinics usually send the details to IRCC. But there could be exceptions. Check with the clinic. They will give you a receipt on completion. If you dont get an update within the normal processing times that your medical details have been received by IRCC then only you can upload the receipt...

I have heard these are the two systems in place these days. Unfortunate that your twins are subjected to either process separately. You can contact IRCC to check if it can be changed. Else you have to comply with the second process for your child.

Thank you for the update @IG2020. I am hopeful that it should not take that long. Will keep trying. Without the ability to link there is hardly any way to understand if the photo will be accepted. Also, the COPR is valid for a year. Though in the online account it says valid till april 2021...

Tried that as well. No success with what was mentioned while making the application or in GCMS notes. Now planning to prepare an excel sheet with various combinations and try 5 times per day to see which one is finally accepted. It will be a lengthy process but worth the try.

Same here. My CoPR does not mention the place of birth. I have raised the webform yesterday. But I guess if things proceed well then the PR card might arrive even before the webform response is provided to me.

I received the CoPR email on 18th November. In the return envelope from Ottawa (which got delivered on 20th Nov) they just sent back the photos, passport and one page notification that CoPR will be sent later. The CoPR information was updated on the profile on 16th November itself.

I have been trying since 16th Nov, day the CoPR and virtual landing was completed as mentioned in the document. But thus far not able to link the PR card application online. Can you please let me know the process. Any updates for you regarding PR card approvals.
