    email them @ cic-etobicoke-landings@cic.gc.ca I emailed them and within 15 mins I got a virtual landing via email along with my COPR document and instructions on how to get my PR card

    The vulnerable sector check is different from the PCC. If it's Canada PCC you are looking for, you don't need one. IRCC will tell you if you need it while your application is being processed
