Yes, they are inland too. We are waiting since Jan'21 when we heard that all stages are passed but no news since then and we're in today's situation. Now, this puzzle of new ITA based on CEC came in and will expire in few weeks.

I am PNP too with Sept 17 AOR. My all stages are passed since Jan 17 but no final decision yet. Called IRCC several times but status remains same.

Yes multiple times, as well as have received a confirmation reply about it in response to my webform request.

Hi @legalfalcon, I’ve a question for you that when all stages are passed then why more than a month delay in the final decision? I noticed few folks who are in a similar situation and their normal processing time line is also over but no copr yet. Could you plz share your knowledge/experiences?
