Thank you. I had a previous refusal too in 2019 on the basis that my experience letter didn’t mention how many hours I worked and my file is in Montreal currently. I was being told that only previous refusal files goes in Montreal. Glad to hear that’s not the case. Thank you

This means you should be living in the US and coming from there , not like you are living in let’s say India, then take a flight from India to US(in transit) and then make it to Canada .

I am an Outland applicant. I received my MEP on 25 November , but still haven’t received Biometrics instructions, is that normal ? I am residing in US. My bar shows 27%
