A maximum 365 days can be counted in 2 years after that no time counts so if it is under 2 years all good either after 2 years no half day will be counted. you have to stay 2 years after PR no matter when it arrives.

Same here got GCMS today and found same everything passed security not started..however eligibility and pre-arrival were in November.

You don't need pr card to travel. PR approval time is about 23 months. however you can apply for RTD once you got positive NOD but rtd took 6 month to 1 year depend on your situation and purpose of visit Good luck

if you can enter the US with just your passport then you can try but it won't be easy to explain to the US border what you were doing in ca etc however if you have been issued a green card or something then all good .. either think about how you can enter in other country with just your home...

its a fact for US passport holders they can return if they are flying to the US but for others, they will release passports if they are travelling back to their home country in simple and straight either you know many people can go here and there and abuse things.:)

I am wondering what sort of discrimination with Protected persons our PR is taking 2 years and other end inland applicants get pr in just 4 to 5 months I am really confused as to why there are such things.

no worries all good you will shortly receive the eligibility letter but they never asked me about working experience or job history however asked to resubmit some forms. in may and in June then there was nothing then got an email with x number then eligibility etc,
