I'm confused about the exact employer name I must enter in the application (post ITA) and reference letters. In the payslips and tax forms, company is X LLC - but in the offer letter and online it is just X. So should I mention the "LLC" part in the EE application and reference letters? And...

I worked for 2 years in X India Private Limited which is a subsidiary of X LLC. In the EE application and reference letters for these two years, do I mention employer name as X India Private Limited (payslips have X India Private Limited), X LLC or JUST X? Company name as X is on the offer...

Should LLC be mentioned as part of a company title? It is there on the salary slips, and tax forms - but not anywhere else (like the offer letter) Isn't LLC is strictly part of the legal name the company is registered to? So not sure if I should include LLC in the company name field of EE...
