Hi, How did you receive this letter of confirmation? I unfortunately sent my pic and copr letter without tracking it, so I would like to know if there's a way to find out if it was truly received.

So I assume that they mean that they're working on processing PR cards but at a reduced operational capacity. Perhaps they can't provide with a timeline as to when full operations will resume?

My passport expires on September 11th 2020. I received a request letter from CIC requesting that I submit a copy of a renewed passport within a month. I assume this is normal procedure for CIC for those whose six months of validity on their travel document is coming to an end?

Can anyone give insight on AORs who are currently receiving PPRs? I wonder if anyone in December has received a PPR.
