Exactly the same here, profile status says updated. Usually people got medical request before BGC so I’m a bit confused...

Hey, thanks so much for your detailed reply. I will not submit a new application for sure cause it won’t make any sense (it already took half a year, and then a new owp is going to take 4-5 months, average PR timeline is a year...) but I may just call again to confirm our OWP application is...

I’ve called again just now, they still didn’t open my OWP application (there is no application number yet) The agent suggested me to submit a new one instead...

Yep, better than nothing, at least they opened you le application..for us it’s still in the status of submitted. Really wonder if this only because we are in Quebec
