I just checked my esac and on pr side it says decision made. When I click on it it says we started processing your application for permanent residence on 13. Dec 2019. Is this a mistake? Could it be that they finished everything in one day? Are we rejected?

Did you pay biometrics before or after submitting the application? I think it has something to do with that, we payed biometrics after AOR1.

Application Received: September 6, 2019 AOR1: October 18, 2019 Haven’t gotten anything since then. Is this normal? I’m starting to get worried.
